A beloved friend and educator, Charlotte continued her passion for teaching at Jacksonville ISD for over 47 years. Mrs. Bingham truly loved her time in the classroom with all her students from kindergarten, Life Skills, and Reading Recovery. She made a huge impact on those around her, both students and staff. Friends & Family named her a JEF Influential Educator.
