Julie Moved to Jacksonville in June of 1983 to start her State Farm Insurance agency. Julie and her late husband, Tim L. Smith, always believed in and supported of JISD. She served on the Board of the Jacksonville Education Foundation for many years, and Tim was a proud graduate of the JHS Class of 1961. Julie continued that support by establishing the Tim L. Smith Scholarship Fund with memorial contributions from friends and family. Julie loves Jacksonville and it’s friendly, caring citizens. She most definitely is an Influential Indian.
