The Jacksonville Education Foundation Board of Directors aptly named Mr. Barry Hughes an Influential Indian during recent JEF events. As an original board member and President, Barry took the reins of JEF and navigated it to the current very active status it is today. Much appreciation and thanks goes to this man who gives so much to his community through his time and talents. Barry is a prime example of "Once an Indian, Always an Indian"
