In honor of Eugene Byers and all who served our country, preference will be given to students whose family member(s), past or present, served in the military.
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must graduate with a minimum 2.5 grade point average. In addition, applicants must submit a typed essay (minimum 400 words) with a brief description of your background, your ambitions, and why you feel you deserve this scholarship.
